- Waiting on you: a requested action or supporting record may need attention
- Waiting on another party: information may sit outside the client account
- Waiting on Claims Bridge: the current review step is still in progress

The claim workspace may show a next step, evidence requirement or secure message alongside the status. Follow that context rather than assuming that every waiting state means the same thing.
